Just a couple miles southwest of downtown and home to both thriving businesses and residences, Sylvan Park is one of Nashville's most sought-after neighborhoods. There's a great sense of pride in our neighborhood, and a wonderful representation of Nashville's eclectic spirit.
Sylvan Park is pedestrian friendly with many wonderful dining options within walking distance (Five Points Pizza, Chaatable, Double Dogs, Farm Burger, answer restaurant, Star Bagel, 8th & Roast). Uber and Lyft are readily available. If you're interested in biking around town and exploring our greenways, there is a bike-share program with 36 locations throughout the city, three of which are here in Sylvan Park.

With renovated appointments, our Sylvan Park guest house is open, airy, light-filled and private. “Sarah’s place is located in an awesome, quiet neighborhood. The location is SO convenient and getting around was a breeze. From the amazing bath towels and bathroom extras to the fresh, cozy linens, everything was perfect and felt like home. Sarah answered all of our questions very promptly, which we truly appreciated. She left a custom book on the coffee table with suggestions and info about Nashville as well as tips and tricks regarding the Airbnb itself, and it was very nice to have it there to reference if we had a question. We are already planning our next trip and will absolutely stay at Sarah’s place again!"

“Sarah’s Place is the perfect spot to call home while visiting Nashville! The house is very clean and so comfortable. From the well stocked kitchen to the super soft linens and towels we didn’t want for a thing. We were only a short 10 minute drive to downtown and we enjoyed some great restaurants right around the corner from our house. We recommend Farm Burger, Maggiano’s and Hattie B’s for lunch and dinner. We were glad we brought breakfast foods with us so we could stay at the house each morning and enjoy the amazing coffee Sarah stocked for us in the kitchen. The next time we come to Nashville we’d definitely stay at Sarah’s place again!"

“This stay was absolutely fantastic and we will be coming back if we ever are in Nashville again (which we definitely plan to). The little touches were everything, the wine they gave us. The recommendation and the decorations. The bed was very comfortable and just the smell of the House was so nice. I want my house to smell like that. The towels were soft, you can see they really enjoy it and it’s not just an income for them. Absolutely fantastic."
